I NEED TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE, WHICH I AM SURE IS A PROBLEM TO MANY STALLHOLDERS AT MARKETS.
IT IS THE ISSUE OF DISCOUNTS.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME FOR A DISCOUNT - IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE YOU DON'T APPRECIATE MY WORK, THE TIME I PUT INTO MAKING A GARMENT WHICH YOU WILL BE PROUD TO WEAR.   THE FACT THAT I CHOOSE TO MAKE AND SELL MY GARMENTS AT A MARKET IS MY CHOICE AND IT IS MY SOURCE OF INCOME - IT IS MY JOB - JUST LIKE YOU GO TO AN OFFICE OR ELSEWHERE, BUT YOU GET PAID AT THE END OF THE WEEK, AND I AM SURE YOU WOULD NOT APPRECIATE NOT BEING PAID WHAT YOU ARE WORTH.  MY INCOME IS DERIVED FROM MY WEEK OF SEWING AND THEN PRESENTING MY GARMENTS TO THE PUBLIC .
IF I CHOOSE TO GIVE A DISCOUNT TO YOU IT IS BECAUSE I VALUE YOUR PATRONAGE AND I KNOW YOU VALUE MY GARMENT AND WILL WEAR IT WITH PRIDE.
IF THIS POST OFFENDS, I AM NOT REALLY SORRY, AS YOUR REQUEST FOR A DISCOUNT OFFENDS ME.
